Ingredients:

  • Half a teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • One teaspoon of ground ginger
  • < li>A bag of green tea
  • A cup of water

Method:

Boil in water for 3 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and leave for 5 minutes. Filter and drink a cup. After every meal. Note: Not suitable for people with stomach ulcers and low blood pressure. Suitable for people with diabetes and high blood pressure
